From Injustice 2. Exceptionally shitty ports from
OGLoc069‘s xnalara models. SFM eyeposing, facebones, bodygroups, multiple skins. Weapons and rig included.
How I make rig good?
I’m trying to make quadrupedal IK rig scripts but am having shit luck. There’s an IK rigger script in the workshop that is supposed to work for non-biped rigs but it won’t recognize the models bones for some reason. Google thus far has only produced results for biped rigs based off the Source TF2 rigs and my manual attempts to create a script haven’t succeeded. Does anyone have any links to good information on how to create non-biped rigs or better yet a script that can generate them?
Monitor advice
I’m looking to upgrade my very old monitor. I’ve a gtx 1070 and have quickly fallen into the 1080p at 144hz vs. 1440p at 60hz internet hole. Anybody with 1070 have any advice on this? I don’t play many FPS so I’m inclined to go with resolution over the faster refresh rate. I’m also kinda tempted to say the hell with it and get a 1440p, 144hz monitor with the expectation of replacing the GPU long before I’ll replace the monitor, and just bumping down the settings and refresh rates to get the 1070 to run it. Long story short, I don’t know what I’m doing and am wondering if anybody is similar situation has advice?
RIP computer
Might be gone for a while till I can get ol’ Bessie to post.

Figured out the eye texture problem.
Fuck, I’m an idiot.
Eye texture issues
I keep getting these flickers in my eye textures on models that I’m trying to set up eyeposing for. Any ideas what’s causing this or how to fix it? Is the issue with the texture or with the mesh in blender? I only have this issue in models with eye posing, never with just straight eye bones.

God damnit, hair textures are such a gigantic pain in the ass in source filmmaker.
Help With Eye Posing
I’m having some issue with a walleye look for some of the models I’ve been trying to port. It can be corrected with the eyes_converge slider if I slide it all the way to the right but then the eye posing loses it’s up/down and left/right precision.
I’ve tried screwing around the with eye posing in the qc file, but so far I’ve only managed to break it worse. Is there anything I can do with the eye posing set up in the qc to bring the default eye posing to a more centered position?
Need a Rigger
I need somebody to help me rig this bad motherfucker. The model has the original CDPR amature from Witcher 3. I’d be happy to pass it along to anyone who knows what they are doing and would of course credit them in the release.
Help With Eye Textures
I’m getting this weird glowing iris effect that is causing a halo around the model’s eye and is also bleaching out the iris color. Here is the .vmt file:
I think (guess) the .vmt file is probably fine and it may be an issue with the .vtf file for the iris but here it is anyway:
EyeRefract
{
$Iris “models\immigrant\yennefer\eyeball_l”
“$AmbientOcclTexture” “models\immigrant\yennefer\gambler_eye_ao”
$Envmap “Engine/eye-reflection-cubemap-”
$CorneaTexture “Engine/eye-cornea”
$EyeballRadius “1”
$AmbientOcclColor “[.4 .3 .27]”
$Dilation “.6”
$ParallaxStrength “0.25”
$CorneaBumpStrength “1”
$halflambert 0
$nodecal 1
$ambientocclusion 1
$SphereTexkillCombo 0
}
If anybody could help me out or shoot me some suggestions, I’d appreciate it. ?
