Thank you.  The holo collar is actually just the wrist bone from the dildotool omnitool that was part of dxn’s nude Ashley ME3 model for Garry’s Mod.

I’m not sure where to get it now since Digitalero ate shit, but I think if you dig around the archived site you could probably find it.
