It’s not a map. It’s the SR1 model with a bunch of cire992’s props placed in it (Holo EDI is an Xnalara port) on the Shep quarter map.

The Normandy model is about half way down this page:

There is also Shepard’s office/lounge from the citadel dlc over at SFMLAB.  This is same idea, two props that can be placed on an existing map (I never did learn Hammer).
