Shit’s Fucked

Need help with a model port, can’t tell if it’s a texture issue or not.  I’m trying to port a bodygrouped Juliet Starling model from xnalara and I’ve got the damnedest problem that I can’t make heads or tails of.  Here is the issue, something weird is going on with the model’s hands:

I’d guess this is a texture issue except her is an earlier version of the model with that is using the same textures (pulling from the same material folder in SFM):

So I think it is something with the model itself in Blender, not the textures. That said, I haven’t any luck figuring out what the hell is going on.  I can pass along the textures and blender file if anyone is willing to take a look.  Help?

  1. nightb0y answered: This type of issue are mostly because of separated object, try to join them and then remove double vertices. If this didn’t solve the problem take a look on the normal map, maybe a texture seems where normals map are not the same value.
  2. handholding-is-a-sin answered: Vertices not connected? Normals flipped? I dont have Blender, but does this still happen, if you export and re import an obj?
  3. vodka-drawsinski answered: just take the hands of the old version?
