Right now I’ve plans for a total of nine chapters counting the prologue and an epilogue, although that could easily change if I can’t pull off a shot or think of something else along the way.  I’m going to try and keep the chapters in step with ME3’s narrative as much as I can but won’t turn down ideas if I like them and if they can be fit into the overall story.  I’ve got an idea for the ending but nothing is written in stone.
